Michael Smith grew up in Fayette,
N.C. and graduated from Western Carolina University with a B.S. in
business. He has also been in the foodservice industry for over 20 years
as a salesman and a sales manager for Crown Supply and Abco Corporation
in Northern Virginia. In fact, he ran a satellite division for Abco in
North Carolina for 5 years. He is completely conversant with the
industry and with tabletop, smallwares, and supplies. We like to refer
to him as a "Good ole' Boy" who is still aggressive and knows
how and when to ask for the order! Michael his wife, Patricia, and their
two children, Brittany and Colin, moved back to the Carolinas outside of
Raleigh in July, 2003. We are lucky to have him join us!
